Agreement
By purchasing a package or submitting a project intake, you agree to these terms. Web Design'd will design and deliver a website based on the scope outlined in your selected package.
Payments
Payments are processed securely through Stripe and invoiced in agreed milestones based on project scope. The specific schedule is confirmed with you before work begins.
Refunds
Payments already applied to work in progress are non-refundable, as they cover time and resources already invested. If work has not yet begun, amounts paid may be refunded on request.
Client responsibilities
You are responsible for providing content (text, images, logos, etc.), timely feedback, and any accounts we need access to (domain registrar, hosting, social media). Project timelines depend on your responsiveness.
Ownership
Once final payment is received, you own the final website and its content. Web Design'd may display your site in our portfolio unless you request otherwise.
Disclaimer
Web Design'd builds websites to the best of our ability, but does not guarantee specific business outcomes such as traffic, rankings, or revenue. We are not liable for third-party service outages (hosting, domain, payment providers) or losses resulting from client-provided content.
